What is Employee relation?

There are so many peoples who work in an organization. So that, we can see different type of personalities. Each of these various type of personalities are directly effect to work environment. The important of a strong employee relation within an organization is highly essential & it is direct effect on profit & business climate.

We can see various departments finance, Production, Marketing, IT, Admiration, HR (etc) within an organization. The peoples who working each department and their job duties & responsibilities are different. Therefore, should be kept a good collaboration & understanding between inter department members to meet the goal & objective of the organization.


Below mentioned benefits can be obtained on good relationship in employees.

1)    Increased productivity


Every persons have duties & responsibilities to do with more efficiency. If it is done as efficient, they should have more satisfaction about job environment. Through strong employee relation between inter department’s peoples & employer efficiency will increase of their working without any pressure. When each employee is more efficient definitely, productivity will increase in the organization.

    2)    Increased loyalty of the employees


As per earlier mentioned, on strong employee relationship can be seen at working environment more efficient peoples. Their satisfaction about other persons, even the employer is direct effect to increase employee retention. It is more important to run the business long period and also, it is easy to extent the business through loyalty of the employees.

2.     To arrange get together/Functions/gathering party
3.     Set proper goal
4.     Implemented employee’s performance appraisal (eg:- 360 degree feedback)

However, If the organization has a strong employee relation which is essential in order to boost efficiency and when everyone is happy in working environment contended in their individual spaces.
